Yes. Carrier connections (API and EDI) will carry over. Customers that are integrated (i.e., orders and shipments) will need project integration. Kuebix AI will have parity integration capabilities with what you currently use. Connect, our proprietary middleware tool, will make this transition as easy as possible – in some cases requiring little effort beyond testing and validation.

Kuebix Connect is the middleware layer that connects any application into Kuebix from your ERP to your WMS. It’s built for a business user: visual, AI-assisted, and no code required, so integrations don’t wait on IT resources. What used to be a months-long project becomes a connection your team builds in days and maintains without a dedicated developer.

Kuebix Intelligence is a new set of BI dashboards that live right inside the platform. Track spend and volume trends over time, analyze your shipping zones, monitor cost per package, and compare carrier performance side by side. With AI built in, the dashboards don’t just tell you what happened — they help you understand why.

Kuebix Dock connects the hardware your warehouse team depends on (think USB printers, scales, and more) directly into Kuebix, so the people packing and shipping every order have exactly what they need at their station.

Most TMS systems estimate arrival from four things: origin, destination, distance, and transit days. Service Time adds the rest of reality, exact departure and arrival times, required rest periods, wait time, loading and unloading durations, appointment adherence, facility operating hours, and Hours of Service compliance. Then the result will tell you whether the trip is actually feasible. Feasible plans can be scheduled; infeasible ones get flagged before you tender. This allows you to keep your promises to your customer, and helps set real expectations with your carrier partners.
